How to measure your body

How to take measures correctly:

Take the measures with a measuring tape, making sure it fits against your body. However, the measuring tape must not tighten the skin: you should be able to slide the fingers of your hand between body and tape.

During the measuring process do not wear voluminous clothes, but rather only underwear. Moreover, a relaxed position will allow a better measuring.
If possible, it is recommended to get help from someone: the measurement will be more accurate.

1 – CHEST: the circumference of the chest must be taken at the axillary level above the breast.

2 – BREAST: the circumference must be taken in the most prominent part of the breast.

3 – WAIST: the waist circumference must be taken at the narrowest point, about 4 cm above the navel.

4 – HIPS: the circumference of the hips must be taken at the widest point of the pelvis.

Please note this is just the beginning: later on we will make sure that the measurements have been taken correctly.
