We need to know exactly how you are. We need to know your weight, your height and your age but this is not enough: we therefore ask you to take four fundamental measures of your body: chest, breast, hips and waist.
You do not know how to do that? Don’t worry, we are here to help you!
Follow our recommendations. If you find yourself in trouble, do not hesitate to contact us! We can give you the right piece of advice.
It is very important to us to know how you see yourself and how you perceive your body. Your body perception will help us to value you and to make sure the dress fits you perfectly.
Witness the tailoring process
Once you are satisfied with your choice you can proceed with the order. Only at that point we will start to work on your dress.
It will be a pleasure for us to keep you updated on the various stages of the process step by step: you can witness every single phase in real time, from the cutting one to the final definition of the dress. You will always know the state of your product until the delivery, which will take place within three weeks.
It’s ready: just wear it!
There you go: now you have a unique dress, which has been made just for you.
We will bring a piece of Italy to your door!
If you want, you can send us a picture of your brand new dress: we will share it on our social channels!
PERFECT WEARABILITY GUARANTEED: if your dress has some imperfections, please let us know within 7 days from the delivery date. We will go through the issue together.
For purchases from Italy any changes and shipping costs will be entirely on us. For purchases from abroad rely on your personal tailor for the repairs: we will cover the expenses for you.
